I ordered from 420packaging.com and the timing was pretty much right on the money. Based on how straightforward everything sounded on their site, I assumed the order would be handled smoothly, and that ended up being the case. No random delays, no having to chase anyone for updates, and my stuff showed up when I needed it. That was really all I was hoping for, so I’d definitely order from them again

"Good samples just wish more were in stock"
I ordered a few samples from 420packaging.com before committing to a bigger order and that was a smart move. It helped a lot to see the sizes in person and get a feel for the packaging first.
Most of the samples I wanted were available but a couple were out of stock which was a little frustrating. Not a huge deal but I would’ve liked to compare everything at once.
Shipping was fine and the samples were packed okay. Overall it was a good experience and I’d probably order again just wish the sample options were all in stock.

"Showed up right when it was supposed to"
I’ve ordered from 420packaging a couple times now, the delivery has been dependable each time. The tracking was simple enough to follow, and everything showed up on time without anything being damaged or off. No complaints here, it’s just nice when stuff arrives when it’s supposed to.

I’ve ordered from 420packaging.com a few times now, the biggest thing for me is that they usually have what I need available. It sounds simple, but it makes a big difference. There’s nothing more frustrating than finding the right product, getting ready to check out, and then realizing it’s out of stock. I haven’t run into that problem here, so ordering supplies has been straightforward and a lot less of a hassle.

I’d give it 4 stars. The communication was clear overall, and they answered my questions in a way that actually made sense. There wasn’t any confusing back and forth, which I appreciated. The only thing was that one reply took long compared to what I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Once they got back to me, everything was easy to understand.

I’ve ordered a few times now, and the most recent delivery is what sticks with me the most — the boxes felt sturdy and everything arrived in good shape. One time a corner did get a little squished, but nothing inside was damaged, so I wasn’t too worried about it. Overall, happy with the packaging.

"Quick replacement, no hassle"
One of the jars showed up cracked in the box, so I sent over a couple pictures. They got back to me fast and replaced it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. I’ve dealt with other companies where a damaged item turns into a whole back-and-forth, but this was super easy. Really appreciated how quickly they handled it.

These boxes feel sturdy and clean right out of the package. I had a gut feeling they’d hold up well, and so far they seem like good quality for the price. One of the lids was a little tight, which was slightly annoying, but not a big deal overall.

I do think some product pages could use a little more detail, but browsing was mostly painless.
Checkout was simple too, and I didn’t run into any weird steps or confusing screens. It also loaded fine on my phone, which I appreciated. The site isn’t the flashiest, but it gets the job done, and I’d probably use it again.
